'Fat' Lady Gaga slimming down with non-stop spinning

Lady Gaga publicly claims that her recent weight gain is no big deal. But, privately, she's back on the treadmill.

According to an article published Sunday by the Daily News, "fat" Lady Gaga is disappearing and the slimmed down version should make an appearance at her next concert in Mexico City on October 26.

The pop diva showed up at a high-priced spinning class conducted by celebrity fitness trainer Danny Kopel in NYC on Saturday. And she liked it so much, she stayed for a second session.

Showing that she's still in great shape, other classmates reported that she "didn't really look like she had broken a sweat” even after nearly two hours of non-stop spinning.

Apparently, getting back to fighting weight is releasing the good endorphins in Lady Gaga's brain.

Last week she tweeted “I’m organizing right now with Soul Cycle a Body Revolution cycling ‘Ride for Compassion’ with the (Born This Way) Foundation.”

It looks like flirting with weight gain was just an experiment. And, probably not one she'll be repeating for a while.

What do you think? Does it matter what Lady Gaga looks like?

Even Lady Gaga would find 'scariest shoes in the world' hard to handle

Lady Gaga couldn’t wear these scary new shoes, or could she? This is a woman who often takes along two humans to act as spotters for her right and left sides just in case she falls off some of the tallest shoes known to mankind! These are the “most terrifying shoes” they have ever seen, reports the Business Insider on Monday. The shoes are titled Scary Beautiful.

While Lady Gaga might not even know about these new shoes yet, as soon as you see them the "Born This Way” singer comes to mind as someone that might try and sport a pair in public. Lady Gaga’s shoe wearing experience in the past includes having humans as a type of crutch in case she topples of some off the nose bleed heals she frequently wears, according to the website Two Nerdy History Girls.

Video: Scary Shoes even Lady Gaga would shy away from!
South African designer Leanie Van der Vyver created a pair of high heels that take the standards of beauty and perfection to a bizarre new level. She did this as a part of her thesis for a fine arts academy in Amsterdam.

The shoes are called Scary Beautiful, and they’re becoming quite the buzz on the Internet. A video of a model trying her hardest to walk in the ski-high stiletto shoes shows the energy it takes just to pick up her feet, never mind trying to navigate a straight line as she’s directed to do in the video.

Video: Check out the video above as a model tries to walk in the scary shoes that even Lady Gaga would probably shy away from!

These shoes surly make a statement about the lengths that women will go to while trying to capture the height of beauty along with the pain they’re willing to endure to achieve this! While Lady Gaga’s heels sometimes give her the appearance of a woman trying to walk with two left feet, these scary shoes will certainly offer her a challenge if she were to step into them.

The shoes were Van der Vyver’s attempt to explore how far things go when trying to achieve “today’s unattainable standards of beauty.” It made the beautiful model in the video look like a stalking creature from unknown parts of the universe! Shape.com calls them "the scariest shoes in the world."

Lady Gaga Songs Remain Hidden by Pop Star Rules

Lady Gaga says the constraints of being a pop star are keeping her from releasing many of her unheard tracks she has written and recorded.

Gaga says she is so distraught by the ban on the release that she wants to cry.

The 'Born This Way' hitmaker has put out two full albums since debut single 'Just Dance' in 2009, but the prolific songwriter claims ''stupid popstar rules'' prevent her from releasing more tracks.

She tweeted: ''do you now how hard it is to have albums+albums of new music that i can't play u. let me just lay on the floor + cry *stupid popstar rules* (sic).''

Earlier this week Gaga was given the LennonOno Grant For Peace in Reykjavik, Iceland, in recognition of her social activism and said she will donate the $50,000 award to Elton John's Aids charity.

Yoko Ono, who presented the 26-year-old with the prize, praised her work campaigning for gay rights.

She said: ''Gaga is powerful and it's great that she is using her power to do other things than just singing.''

'Judas' singer Gaga was thrilled to receive the prize, posting a picture of herself with it on Twitter and writing: ''Today was happiest day i've ever had. Here's me with my LennonOno Peace Prize. Yoko says, its a piece of the sky (sic).''

Lady Gaga and Prince writing songs for 'The Great Gatsby'

Baz Luhrmann's recently-postponed "Great Gatsby" adaptation may be getting a modern-day infusion from two contemporary superstars.

Lady Gaga and Prince have both reportedly approached the "Moulin Rouge" director about contributing to the soundtrack for the upcoming F. Scott Fitzgerald adaptation - at least that's according to cast member Adelaide Clemens ("Silent Hill: Revelation 3D"), who seems to have spilled the beans in a recent interview with the Playlist.

"They have some new music that's going to be added to the film...Some pretty huge artists have approached Baz and are writing songs for the film, and I don't think Warner Bros. are going to turn down Prince and Lady Gaga knocking down your door," said Clemens - who plays the supporting role of Myrtle Wilson's (Isla Fisher) sister Catherine in the film - before adding, "I don't know if I'm allowed to say that."

Well, probably not, but thanks just the same. So will this be a collaborative track between Mother Monster and the reclusive Purple One? In theory it certainly seems like a good fit, but Clemens had the good sense not to reveal any further details.

Prince, of course, scored big time with his original contributions to Tim Burton's "Batman" soundtrack back in the late '80s, with his "Batdance" topping out at No. 1 on the Billboard 200. More recently, his "Song of the Heart" from the 2006 animated hit "Happy Feet" netted him a Golden Globe Award. As for Gaga, this would serve as her first original film soundtrack contribution.

If all pans out, this won't be the first instance of modern songs invading a Luhrmann period piece - his 2001 Best Picture nominee "Moulin Rouge" featured cover versions of several popular pop tunes including Madonna's "Material Girl" and "Like a Virgin," Nirvana's "Smells Like Teen Spirit" and The Police's "Roxanne."

Originally slated for an Oscar-friendly December 25 release, "The Great Gatsby" was recently pushed back to May 10, 2013. The film stars Leonardo DiCaprio as the title character alongside Tobey Maguire, Carey Mulligan, Joel Edgerton, Isla Fisher and Jason Clarke.

Lady Gaga on sexy scent

Lady Gaga claims her debut perfume Fame has the aroma of "sex and pizza".
Lady Gaga says her perfume Fame reminds her of the "smell of sex".
The singer has revealed what she thinks about when she sniffs her debut scent. The 26-year-old explained that lovemaking and junk food are the first things that spring to her mind.
"Fame reminds me of the smell of sex," she explained to Italian Vanity Fair magazine. "Or more precisely the smell when you have just finished having sex and you are eating pizza, lying in bed."
The singer continued to explain how the black coloured perfume makes her feel. She hopes the intimacy she thinks the fragrance conveys rubs off on other people who wear Fame.
"This perfume makes me feel desirable. This is the smell I like to leave on men," Gaga continued.
"I'd like that people feel the same sensation they do when they are being intimate as they do when they wear Fame. After all we smell each other constantly, don't we?"

Lady Gaga Live Tweets "Chicago Fire"

The biggest fan of NBC's new show "Chicago Fire" may be able to bring some of her "little monsters" on board.

Lady Gaga -- whose boyfriend Taylor Kinney plays Lt. Kelly Severide on the show -- tweeted updates throughout the entire pilot episode on Wednesday night, including pictures from a cast party.

Gaga's tweets included entreaties to her fans to watch the show. Whether the tweets will help with ratings remains to be seen, but it probably won't hurt. The pop star has more than 30 million followers.

Gaga's Chicago fans also have reason to root for the show's success. Much of the show is shot in Chicago, which led to several Gaga sightings in the city over the summer.

LADY GAGA VS. ELIZABETH HURLEY – WHO WORE IT BEST?

Usually, these who wore it best polls compare two looks from the same time frame, so Lady Gaga had us do a double take when she stepped out in Milan wearing this Versace safety pin dress. Why, you ask? Well, because actress Elizabeth Hurley made headlines when she wore the same sexy gown nearly 20 years ago!

Apparently, this black Gianni Versace dress transformed 29-year-old Elizabeth Hurley from a semi-known actress (who was really more famous at that point for dating then boyfriend, Hugh Grant) to an A-list celebrity — kind of similar to the affect J. Lo‘s green Grammy dress had on her career. Hurley wore the dress at the London premiere of ‘Four Weddings and a Funeral,’ with photographers scrambling to snap pictures of her on the red carpet.

But did Gaga wear the dress that made Elizabeth Hurley famous better? Mother Monster stepped out in the va-va-voom gown while visiting Milan in 2012, and the design has only been slightly altered since the 1994 version. Both of the women fill out the dress well — with a plunging neckline like that, you’d have to — and the flash of bare thigh and stomach add to the sex appeal of this already show-stopping number.
